Gentle Flow Yoga

Join us for 75 minutes of gentle, relaxing flow yoga to help calm, center, and ground. This month, we're welcoming Haley Harkin, who will play live music to accompany Mandy's yoga flow class!

Tickets are $15 to be paid at the class. All money from the tickets goes to Mandy and Haley.

We'll be outside on the patio, weather permitting. If it's too cool, rainy, or snowy, the class will move inside the taproom.

After the class, enjoy $1 off your first beer! We'll also have a food truck parked outside at noon.

About Mandy:
Mandy Doria is a Park Hill neighbor, long-time Fiction regular, Registered Yoga Teacher (RTY-500), and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) excited to share a morning of movement and grounding with you! Mandy has been practicing yoga since 2002 and has been certified to teach since 2014. Mandy was also certified as a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) in 2024, so this class will include trauma-informed, invitational language and gentle approaches to movement.

About Haley:
Haley is a folk artist with roots in Austin, Texas and wings in Colorado’s wide-open skies. Her music—what she calls folk medicine—blends poetic storytelling with soulful melodies, offering a sound that’s both timeless and tender. Raised in a world of song, she draws inspiration from the rhythms of nature, the resilience of the human spirit, and the quiet call for collective healing. Her voice carries the warmth of home and the wild of the woods, leaving listeners with the feeling of bare feet on grass and hearts cracked open. Through every note, Haley offers not just music, but a moment of presence.
