  • Inspired by Roald Dahl's “James and the Giant Peach”, Peach Sized Dreams, a collaboration between Whistle Pig Brewery and Fiction Beer Company, is a brut SMaSH IPA with Dolcita hops taking center stage, bringing stone-fruit aromatics, gentle sweetness, and a subtle floral edge. The brut style strips things down to their essentials creating a refined, sparkling bitterness, providing a dry finish that keeps each sip curious, precise, and endlessly inviting. With an unnecessary amount of peach rings added to the boil, you too will be swept away into the clouds on this peach ride.

  • This west coast IPA is just that, a balance between a soft and sweet maltiness with a strong bitter hop bite. Brewed with about 90% 2-row base malt and just a touch of Caramalt for a slight toffee note and a touch of color. A classic addition of Chinook hops for bitterness is balanced well with the citrus, melon, and wine must character of Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin hops. All rounded out with Chico ale yeast to add a clean finish. No matter if you are a Gollum or a Smeagol, this beer has something for you.
